New environment changes to use UploadJars

When you set up a new environment, your UploadJars.sh file won't work until you set up your environment properly.  Here is what to do:

Make sure you already have set:

MW_HOME
JAVA_HOME
OIM_ORACLE_HOME

Then set the following environment variables:

APPSERVER_TYPE=wls
APP_SERVER=weblogic

OIM xelsysadm password has expired

Stop the presses!!  You are getting a message that the xelsysadm password has expired.

Stop what you are doing.  Go to the database and do the following:
